This report issued by TEJ GEM TESTING LAB (TGTL), is deemed to be accepted by the client on the following terms and conditions:

TEJ GEM TESTING LAB (TGTL),has carried out scientific analysis using advanced and up-to-date gemological equipments available at the time of examination. Detected treatments/enhancements are disclosed impartially and appropriately.

A gemstone can be treated, re-cut or physically modified by other means to improve its selling qualities, therefore this report reflects the gemological findings at the time it is issued.

Opinions may vary as to the characteristics covered in this report. Hence, neither TGTL nor any of its employees or partners shall at anytime be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other gemological identification methods.

Correct gemstone carat weight is the client’s responsibility.

The client acknowledges that this report is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal, and may not be referred to as such.

Any direct or indirect dispute arising out of this report is limited to the amount received as testing fee and falls within the jurisdiction of the law 

             “Grading” means the grading of a natural diamond constituting an Item in accordance with a predetermined classification, for and at the request of a Client. Colour grade is based on TGTL master comparison stones (studded & loose). Clarity grade is on 10x magnification. Grading is as mounting permits. Measurements and weights are approximate and estimated.

“Identification” means inspecting an Item, for and at the request of a Client, to ascertain whether the gemstone is natural, synthetic or an imitation; or has undergone any treatment in accordance with the rules predetermined by TGTL. The identification of gemstones and determination of their various characteristics is dependent on tests carried out on various instruments and by examination of gemologists.

             “Report” means a certificate, consultation, or document issued by TGTL  upon the request of and for the exclusive use of the Client, which indicates the results and findings of the inspection or other professional services provided to the Client as the opinion of TGTL
